applicable currency and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. You are responsible for providing accurate
and complete billing information and for keeping that information current.
7.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the refund policy communicated at the time of
purchase. We are not obligated to provide refunds for services already rendered or for periods of service already delivered.
7.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your use of the service in your jurisdiction.
Where required by law, we may collect and remit applicable taxes on your behalf.

results, or achievements from participation in the mentorship program. Individual results will vary based on effort,
background, and circumstances.
10.2 Service Availability
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to
modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
10.3 As-Is Basis
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied,
including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibesola and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of profits,
data, goodwill, or other intangible losses - arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service,
even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total
amount paid by you to Vibesola in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vibesola and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and
against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses - including reasonable legal fees - arising out of or in any
